I feel so lucky to have found Kevin Stern when I was buying a home in the Palm Springs area! We were relocating from far away, and needed someone to help us understand all the ins and outs of the desert market. Kevin really delivered — he has this incredibly vast knowledge of the Coachella Valley, along with a great personality, and a way of making you feel like you’re his only client! He got to know us and what we wanted in a home, then helped us zoom in on our dream place in just a few days of house-hunting. Super organized. Filled with info about the desert. And above all, he seems like he really enjoys his job…it’s a joy spending time with him during the housing search, and when it came for all the mundane documents and closing, he guided us step by step even though we were still living hundreds of miles away…and he ensured a smooth closing and a totally stress-free experience throughout the process.
