I recently sold my home in the desert and Kevin Stern was the realtor I selected to handle the sale. I could not have picked a better person for the job. Over the years I have purchased and sold 10 properties and of all the agents I have chosen, Kevin was by far the best. His knowledge, his attention to detail and his professionalism are unsurpassed. Never have I dealt with anyone who is so prompt to respond to my questions, plus his attention to detail is outstanding. My favorite part of Kevin was his honesty. For me that was very important. Finally, when selling or buying real estate it can be very emotional and though the process Kevin was there assuring me not to worry. We are thankful that we met Frank at an open house.  Thankfully, we found a realtor that listens to details.  We had bought a house with too much haste when I accepted a Chaplin position and quickly moved here.  Frank helped us sell that “mistake” house and he found us exactly what we needed by listening to our criteria.  The house was already being built and he worked with the builder to make changes so that it met our needs perfectly.  He is a skilled communicator, naturally up beat, and above all, ethical.  It was obvious that he didn’t just want the sale.  He wanted a HAPPY sale.  We felt his sincerity when we first met at that open house.  Here’s proof people can come into our lives for a reason.

Working with Frank was awesome.  I am a first time home buyer and he was so patient with me and took time to explain things so that I would be comfortable.  I love my little house and it’s a great starter home.  I will definitely call on Frank again when it’s time to upgrade.

Homes in my neighborhood took about 3-6 months to sell.  I followed Frank’s advice to get ready for market and I let him move my stuff around and I got 7 offers and sold my house after only one day on the market.  I’ve used Frank 3 times but this was the fastest!

After my husband died, I needed to sell my house and I put it on the market right away.  After over a year on the market and two previous realtors, I felt desperate.  I met with Frank and together we made a plan.  I worked with my son-in-law to complete a list of small repairs that Frank suggested and then I let Frank stage the house using my stuff.  I can’t even tell you how much better my home looked!  It sold in two weeks!  Then Frank found me the perfect condo AND managed my condo remodel.  I went from overwhelmed to excited about all the positive changes.  I trust Frank and recommend him highly.

Frank has spoiled me from ever wanting to use any other agent.  His amazing knowledge, energy level and ability to listen and communicate would be impossible to match!  I’ve worked with him when buying and selling properties and he has made both seem easy (and even a little bit fun).  Be sure to have him stage your property – you will be astonished at the difference it makes.  I highly recommend Frank for your real estate needs.

We recently bought a home in Cathedral City and feel very lucky that we were represented by the quintessential agent that clearly knows his craft, Kevin Stern. Vince D’Angerio is one of the best real estate professionals I have had the pleasure to work with in my life.  He is detailed oriented, client focused, knowledgeable, cares about his clients – both on the buyer and seller side and most of all, he goes above and beyond to make sure his clients expectations are exceeded.  His knowledge of the area and his willingness to learn outside of the areas of expertise make him a great real estate professional. Kevin is an exceptional realtor and a great guy…very kind and helpful…and extremely knowledgeable about the greater palm springs area.
