MY PHILOSOPHY

Creativity comes naturally to me. I think every problem has an infinite number of solutions. Choosing the right solution is the key. I’ve spent the last thirty years as an artist and I believe my background brings a unique perspective to Palm Springs real estate. As your real estate agent, I will work tirelessly to thoroughly understand your needs and to find the best solution for them.  My philosophy is that making a deal is nothing like making people happy.

MY BACKGROUND

I grew up in Palo Alto, California. After I graduated, I pursued a career as a professional ballet dancer. I enrolled at San Francisco Ballet School in 1983 and was there for a little over two years. In 1986, I auditioned for American Ballet Theatre, which at that time was headed by Mikhail Baryshnikov. I got in and I danced with ABT for six years before I decided to try something different. I enrolled at Fordham University in 1993 and transferred to San Francisco State University in 1994. I got two degrees in 1997, one in statistics and the other in economics.  

With a focus on going on to business school, I went to work at several marketing jobs. After a few years, however, I realized I needed more creativity in my life and I decided to go back into the arts. I enrolled in the photography program at City College of San Francisco and opened my own photo business in 2005. The downturn of the market in 2008 affected the photographic industry enormously and, after a few short years in business I decided it was time to look for a new direction. Given my skill set and the fact that I had experience in buying and selling properties, real estate was a natural transition for me. I haven’t looked back and love what I’m doing now.
