MY PHILOSOPHY
Whether buying or selling a home, the process typically involves big changes that are some of life’s more stressful events. Clients feel comforted to have someone on their side as they navigate the complex process and to help keep things on track. I’ve always appreciated professionals that are brutally honest as it grounds the client in understanding so they can make the best possible decisions. I want to provide those answers to my clients and be their Frank REALTOR@. My goal is to hold deals together so dreams can come true.
MY BACKGROUND
It was the sunshine, the mountains, the palm trees, and the people that drew me to the Coachella Valley. I decided to relocate to Palm Springs, CA a few years ago. As a child, I moved from the city of Chicago to the family farms in Tennessee. My degrees in business and marketing served me well in my years in management with manufacturing facilities where I have been in charge of complex manufacturing operations and hundreds of employees. I was also always flipping houses on the side until I eventually went into real estate full time. My successful house flips have generated opportunities for me in interior design, staging, landscape design, and renovation project management. Frank-ly, I’m passionate about all things real estate!

After my husband died, I needed to sell my house and I put it on the market right away. After over a year on the market and two previous realtors, I felt desperate. I met with Frank and together we made a plan. I worked with my son-in-law to complete a list of small repairs that Frank suggested and then I let Frank stage the house using my stuff. I can’t even tell you how much better my home looked! It sold in two weeks! Then Frank found me the perfect condo AND managed my condo remodel. I went from overwhelmed to excited about all the positive changes. I trust Frank and recommend him highly.

Frank has spoiled me from ever wanting to use any other agent. His amazing knowledge, energy level and ability to listen and communicate would be impossible to match! Homes in my neighborhood took about 3-6 months to sell. I followed Frank’s advice to get ready for market and I let him move my stuff around and I got 7 offers and sold my house after only one day on the market. I’ve used Frank 3 times but this was the fastest!
